My background spans Retail Banking, Wealth Management, Capital Markets, and extends into non-financial retail operations, healthcare environments, and construction infrastructure—where I’ve driven initiatives involving physical asset transformations, relocations, and site rollouts.

I’ve led a wide range of large-scale programs including M&A integrations, national signage and brand conversions, enterprise relocations, platform modernizations, and data quality improvement initiatives. My work combines strategic planning with hands-on execution—balancing structure and agility to meet business goals efficiently and effectively.
